Will：Angel, would you like to try one of these?
Angel：What is this? Ewww… it stinks.
Will：Well, it's one of the Taiwanese traditional snacks. It’s called “stinky tofu.” Come
one, try one and you’ll love it.
Angel：No, thanks. I think I will pass.
Will：Well, then what about this one? This is “oyster pancake”.
Angel：Seafood? My favorite. I'll give it a try. Mm, it's delicious. How do you make it?
Will：You put the oyster on the pan first, and then add some flour mixed with some water,
and then put an egg on it and some vegetable. And you can have the oyster pancake
on the table in ten minutes.
Angel：Wow, sounds easy. I think I will make one for my family after I get back to Germany. Will：Hope your family will enjoy it!

威爾：安琪，你要不要試一塊看看？
安琪：這是什麼？喔….好臭喔！
威爾：嗯，這是台灣傳統小吃的一種。叫作「臭豆腐」。來啦，試吃看看然後你一定會愛上
它。
安琪：不用了，謝謝。我想我還是算了。
威爾：那你要不要試試看這個？「蚵仔煎」。
安琪：海鮮嗎？我最愛了。我試試看喔！嗯，好好吃喔。這怎麼做的啊？
威爾：先把蚵仔放在鐵板上面，然後加一點麵糊水，再加蛋，還有一些蔬菜。然後你的蚵仔煎
就可以在十分鐘內上桌囉！
安琪：哇，聽起來很簡單耶！我回去德國以後會做給我的家人吃吃看的！
威爾：希望你的家人會習慣這口味囉！
